CoverForge is designed to assist you in generating personalized cover letters for your personal job applications. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or any content generated by the Service.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service, including spamming or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

2.3 Free Service (Early Access)

CoverForge is currently free during early access. Registered accounts can generate one AI cover letter per day, with unlimited resume building, PDF exports, match reports, and application tracking. Usage limits exist to keep the Service reliable for everyone and may change with notice.

3. Fair Use

The Service is provided for individual job seekers. Automated use, scraping, bulk generation, or attempts to circumvent usage limits are prohibited and may result in account suspension. If your legitimate use needs a higher limit, contact us at support@coverforge.ai.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to the Service.
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your account.

CoverForge is a tool to assist you in creating cover letters and is not a guarantee of employment or job success. We are not liable for:

• Any outcomes resulting from your use of the Service, including job applications or interviews.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the Service or content generated by the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the Service, including cover letters, is owned by you. However, CoverForge retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself, including all software, algorithms, and intellectual property used to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
